‘Rocker For Life’ Diane Farris is a DJ, Interviewer, Host and Audio Engineer, specializing in interviews and producing shows about (primarily) heavy music and the arts! Diane has been in media in some way or another for nearly four decades.
She is currently producing podcasts and interviews for WFMU under the name Diane’s Kamikaze Fun Machine, used the subtitle Peer Pressure for her podcasts that involved guests choosing playlists, and has been associated with WFMU for 35+ years. “Diane’s Kamikaze Fun Machine” the radio show, airs on WFMU’s Rock ‘n’ Soul Radio stream at 9am on Wednesday Mornings; tune in to wake the hell up!
Diane hosted LIFER, a heavy metal program on GimmeRadio.com for several years before the site went offline. To replace these shows, she presents Rockers For Life on ZerodBRadio.com, Thursdays at 6pm. On her Mixcloud site she posts older LIFER programs, ZerodB programs and holiday and event specials.
